- HR qualification
- Sound Labour Relations legislation knowledge
- Excellent CCMA knowledge and experience
- Sound knowledge & understanding of Employment Equity, BEE and WSP/ATR
- SAGE VIP Premier / 300 and time and attendance systems, i.e EMS, S-Cube or similar
- 4 Yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar role
