Job Description
Well established pharmaceutical business seeking to appoint HR Manager.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant Degree Specializing in Human Resources
- Minimum 3 yearsxe2x80x99 management experience in human resources or related function
- Experience working in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing environment with exposure to Industrial Relations
- Experience in talent management, learning and development, and compensation processes, including payroll
- Must exemplify integrity which builds trust and credibility to build strong professional relationships
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-directed in projects, tasks, and learning
- Ability to delegate authority and responsibility
- Ability to analyse problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions, and implement recommendations in support of goals
- Research, analyze and evaluate new service delivery methods and techniques
- Courage to constructively challenge at the highest levels
