Requirements:
1. Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
2. Post graduate qualification in HR would be an advantage.
3. Minimum of 3-5 Years experience at a Supervisory/Management level.
4. Experience in the mining/engineering/construction industries.
5. Proven experience with CCMA conciliations / arbitrations, dealing with Labour Unions and the Bargaining Council.
6. Registration with professional body would be an advantage, e.g. SABPP
7. Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
