Job Description

We require an experienced HR Manager in the Tulbagh / Winelands area. You are a strategic Manager who will assist the company to reach its overall goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement and growing.POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• HR / IOP Degree (Honors or Masterxe2x80x99s Degree preferred)
• At least 10 years HR experience
• At least 5 years experience in a management role
• Experience dealing with CCMA and Labour Brokers
• Experience from the food and beverage industry beneficial

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive HR development strategy aligned with the organizations business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key skills and competencies required for future growth.
• Lead the design and delivery of programs that drive employee engagement, retention and career development.
• Oversee talent management programs, including succession planning, leadership development and performance management.
• Develop strategies for identifying high-potential employees and ensuring they are prepared for future leadership roles.
• Implement initiatives that enhance diversity, equity and inclusion across the organisation
• Lead the creation and execution of learning and development programs, including workshops, seminars, e-learning and mentoring.
• Ensure that training programs are aligned with the organisationxe2x80x99s goals and effectively address skills gaps.
• Measure the impact of learning initiatives and continuously improve programs based on feedback and outcomes.
• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance job satisfaction and organisational commitment.
• Foster a culture of continuous feedback and recognition.
• Monitor employee engagement levels through surveys and other tools and take action to address areas of concern
• Drive organisational change initiatives, including culture transformation and change management processes
• Ensure that all HR development programs comply with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in human resources development and incorporate best practices into the organization.
• Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to employee development
• Lead, mentor and develop the HR development team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to achieve their objectives.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback
