Certificate / Degree will be advantagious
Requirements:
Payroll Administration and manage the company's compensation and benefits programs.
Develop and review job descriptions, ensuring accurate market benchmarks
BEE initiatives - Lead and oversee compliance
Development and implementation of employment equity plans
Support on conflict resolution and grievance procedures with both line managers and staff
Manage time and attendance
Manage HR Policies and procedures
Compliance to all the policies and procedures and keeping informed with all the changes in labour laws and HR Practices
