Hr Manager
Job Description
We have a vacancy for an HR Manager with a vehicle dealership in Witbank.Duties and responsibilities: Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding; Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution; Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently; Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives; Maintain HR systems and processes; Conduct performance and salary reviews; Provide support and guidance to staff; Analyse trends in compensation and benefits; Design and implement employee retention strategies.Requirements:
- Must have at least 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience as Human Resources Manager.
- Relevant Diploma or degree in Human Resources.
- Experience working in the automotive or motor industry is crucial.
- Experience working with systems such as Kerridge, Evolve etc.
- Experience with payroll systems.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Clear criminal record.
