-1-2 years' experienceKey Responsibilities
-Advise management on all matters affecting the company in relation to human resources, external events and legislation
-Arrange external training as per Workplace Skills Plan
-Chair and manage the employment equity and training consultative committees
-Conduct internal off-the-job training
-Consult, prepare and present employment equity plan
-Consult, prepare and present workplace skills plan
-Maintain good communication with Trade Unions and Shop Stewards
-Manage disciplinary procedures
-Manage grievance procedures
-Manage the purchase and issue of PPE
-Oversee and advise on implementation of company policy
-Oversee the work of Receptionist and Tea/Cleaning Worker
-Participate in implementation of the OSH Act and other safety matters as required
-Personnel administrative tasks and maintenance of records
-Recruitment and training of employees in conjunction with departmental heads
-Represent the company at the appointed SETAQualification
-Diploma/Degree in HR or other related field of study
-Matric/Grade 12Skills
-Ability to translate HR theory into practice
-Good interpersonal skills
-Proficient in Micorsoft Office
-Working knowledge of labour legislation
-Good influencing skills
