Ensure all aspects of the Coega HR department runs smoothly and effectively.Duties:
Training and development, Talent Optimization
Developing a training plan as per plant requirements
Compile a Multiskilling Programme
Human Resource Administration
Ensure all Coega HR systems are attended to and up to date, capturing on ESS and Clocking System
Ensure all HR Coega s correspond with Organisational Structures
Ensure Employee Personal Files are updated
Ensure Employee Training Files are updated
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolving issues promptly and organize team building activities
Gather and analyse date with useful HR metrics I.E. time to hire and employee turnover rates
Timeous and accurate documentation submission to the payroll department as per the HR Calendar
Compile HR budget for the company (Training, legal, EWP (employee wellbeing))
Produce and submit reports on HR activities to Plant Manager and Head Office (HR Generalist)
Performance Management
Implementation of performance management for all employees as per the company Guidelines
Undertake tasks around performance management
Organize bi-annual and annual employee performance reviews
Recruitment & Selection
Compliance with the Group's recruitment policy
Cost Effective recruitment stragey by seeking the most cost-effective way of recruitment cost
