Job Description
Senwes is looking for a HR Officer: Employee Relations to ensure that proactive labour relations legislation, and company policies and procedures are consistently applied, and promote co-operation and respect amongst all levels of staff to achieve stable and healthy workforce and relationships.
- Facilitate and chair disciplinary inquiries and grievance procedures, and act as a Human Resources representative.
- Ensure that proactive labour relations legislation, and company policies and procedures are consistently applied and they promote co-operation and respect amongst all levels of staff to achieve stable and healthy workforce and relationships.
- Maintain Group wide employee forums.
- Monitor forum progress and conduct monthly reporting.
- Facilitate the HR related compliance within the Company.
- Uphold and maintain the auditing of a comprehensive IR administration system.
- Facilitating basic Employee Relation training.
