Job Description


We are looking for a Human Resources Officer

  • Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Requirements:
  • National Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3 to 5years experience as a HR Officer in a generalist function
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems) and MS Office suite
  • Experience working with diverse teams and multicultural environments
Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise line managers on conduct and misconduct management, including handling disciplinary cases.
  • Represent the organization at CCMA (Conciliation and Arbitration).
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinate succession planning.
  • Guide managers through performance management processes and talent reviews.
  • Facilitate the planning and tracking of skills development initiatives and compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Coordinate the collection of data for Employment Equity (EE) and BBBEE reports.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews and ensuring data integrity in HR systems.
  • Provide advice to management and employees on HR policies and procedures.
