Well-established engineering firm seeks to employ an HR Officer (Generalist) at their premises in Paarl. For the position you would be required to have:
National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management
Around 4 years HR Generalist experience
Industrial Relations experience
Experience in a unionised environment essential
Site/plant operational experience essential
Technical recruitment experience essential
Responsibilities would include you to:
Full employee life cycle in HR functions
HR admin functions
Recruitment and selection, internally and externally and liaison
Induction program for new employees
Process all termination paperwork and exit interviews
Facilitate roll-out of HR policies and procedures
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
Liaise with payroll and assist all employees on staff benefits
Assist HR Manager with roll-out of company campaigns
