Job Description
Hire Resolves client is seeking HR Officer to join their team in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. The HR Officer will provide essential support across all HR functions, ensuring efficient and effective management of HR processes. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, payroll administration, and compliance. The role requires someone with strong interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing and
- Assist with creating relevant job description for vacant roles.
- Assist with setting up of interviews with the respective Hiring Manager.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
- Oversee offboarding processes.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR related queries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Degree in Human Resource (is a plus)
- 2-3 years experience
- Someone who can adapt to an incredibly fast-paced environment
- Someone to take on all my admin tasks that I do not get time for
- Someone willing to get their hands dirty
- Someone who has SAGE payroll experience, this is advantageous
- Attention to detail, good at admin
- Someone who is teachable
