Job Summary Hire Resolve's Client is seeking a HR Operations manager to join their team in Cape Town. This HR Operations manager will be responsible for supporting and entrenching the company's manual, ensuring adherence to standards, policies, and practices, and implementing performance management and operations
management initiatives. The HR Operations Manager will ensure appropriate HR transactional performance, and optimized HR systems, and foster a high-performance culture that aligns with the company's agile and manufacturing goals.Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation: Lead the roll-out and ongoing embedding of the company's manual, ensuring that all HR standards, policies, and practices are well-understood and implemented across the organization.
• Training & Communication: Develop and deliver training sessions to managers and employees to promote compliance with the manual's policies and guidelines.
• Change Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive HR transformation initiatives that align with business objectives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 - 7 years of HR operations experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role Experience in agile and manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead and drive transformation within human resources functions.
• Strong alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives, particularly within agile and manufacturing environments.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, standards, and best practices, with a focus on ensuring adherence to the Bowler People's Manual.
• Expertise in managing and ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements across the HR function.
