RPO Recruitment is actively seeking a skilled HR Operations Manager to join our client in Phillipi, Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to drive transformation, implement strategic HR initiatives, and ensure alignment with business objectives.   • Implement and embed HR policies, standards, and practices.
  • Drive HR transformation, training, and performance management.
  • Optimize HR systems and workflows, ensuring compliance with labour laws.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and workforce planning.
  • Lead employee engagement, relations, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management and cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 (Matric) qualification and a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 5+ years' senior management experience in HR operations.
  • Strong HR and IR expertise, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and business acumen.
