Travel extensively to various sites within the region to provide visible and relevant L&D and HR advisory services to both staff and management
Facilitate the roll-out of HR initiatives and policies for the region
Provide IR advice and visible support to management (includes but is not limited to supporting management related to disciplinary and grievance issues).
Monitoring of organisational structures and constant review of regional headcount
Manage the recruitment process from end-to-end
Implement and drive learning and development initiatives within the HR framework
Facilitate the Performance Management process for the region, partnering closely with management
Work closely with the CPO to drive succession planning and capacity building initiatives
Collaborate with CoEs regarding L&D and Compensation / HRIS and implement locally
Ongoing communication of various HR initiatives and projects within the region including regular presentations to staff
Knowledge:
Extensive L&D experience including onboarding
Exposure to HR Consulting services up to the executive level
End-to-end recruitment and placement experience
Performance Management
Required Experience and Qualifications:
2- 4 Years experience in a L&D role
Must have relevant experience in dealing with multiple sites
Proven track record offering L&D and HR support to a business/business unit of approximately 250 people
Bachelors degree or equivalent in a Human Resources, Psychology, Employment Relations or related field
A skills development qualification will be highly advantageous
Valid drivers license and reliable transport
