Job Summary Responsibilities:

• Travel extensively to various sites within the region to provide visible and relevant L&D and HR advisory services to both staff and management
• Facilitate the roll-out of HR initiatives and policies for the region
• Provide IR advice and visible support to management (includes but is not limited to supporting management related to disciplinary and grievance issues).
• Monitoring of organisational structures and constant review of regional headcount
• Manage the recruitment process from end-to-end
• Implement and drive learning and development initiatives within the HR framework
• Facilitate the Performance Management process for the region, partnering closely with management
• Work closely with the CPO to drive succession planning and capacity building initiatives
• Collaborate with CoEs regarding L&D and Compensation / HRIS and implement locally
• Ongoing communication of various HR initiatives and projects within the region including regular presentations to staff

Knowledge:

• Extensive L&D experience including onboarding
• Exposure to HR Consulting services up to the executive level
• End-to-end recruitment and placement experience
• Performance Management

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 2- 4 Years experience in a L&D role
• Must have relevant experience in dealing with multiple sites
• Proven track record offering L&D and HR support to a business/business unit of approximately 250 people
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a Human Resources, Psychology, Employment Relations or related field
• A skills development qualification will be highly advantageous
• Valid drivers license and reliable transport
