We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator with outstanding admin, communication and interpersonal skills to join our team. The ideal candidate would be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills, who is also reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment.
Payroll
xc2xb7 Update salary list, schedule and payroll for new employees, resignations, on a monthly/weekly basis.
xc2xb7 Payroll experience with blue color workers and also high level executives
xc2xb7 Perform fortnightly/monthly payroll processes such as updating reports, checking and reconciling.
xc2xb7 Accurate and timeous submission of payroll reconciliations, queries and reports to the Group Financial Manager for payments and reporting purposes.
xc2xb7 Process and facilitate annual increase and bonus payments.
xc2xb7 Process other financial compensations or deductions (casuals, staff loans, commissions etc.).
xc2xb7 Handle payroll related queries (SARS queries, leave and salary administration queries etc.).
xc2xb7 Leave management.
xc2xb7 SARS EMP501 bi-annual and annual submissions.
xc2xb7 Maintaining accurate payroll and employee records by ensuring all documents are filed timeously.
xc2xb7 Pension fund, provident fund and medical insurance schedule administration.
xc2xb7 Quarterly STATSSA reporting.
HR Administration:
xc2xb7 Maintaining records of employee data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
xc2xb7 Filing & scanning of employee documentation (promoting a paperless environment).
xc2xb7 Ensuring that Pension fund, Provident fund & Medical insurance documentation are up to date.
xc2xb7 Assisting with the on-boarding process.
