Job Description
Hire Resolve's client, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced HR Practitioner to join their mining team in North-West. As an HR Practitioner in the mining sector, you will play a crucial role in providing HR support and implementing HR initiatives to ensure the smooth operations of the company.Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations specific to the mining industry
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs
- Conduct training sessions on various HR-related topics
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of information
- Grade 12
- National Diploma/Degree in HR Management
- 5 years' experience in HR within the mining industry
- Extensive knowledge and experience in MS Office.
- Valid driver's license
- Salary: Negotiable
- Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
