NDC Personnel & Contractors is thrilled to present a compelling career prospect for a self-motivated, highly organised, and service-driven HR Practitioner with an FMCG team in the Western Cape!
As one of the pillars of the HR department, youll be responsible for consulting and working in partnership with management and employees, managing IR, disciplinaries and grievance procedures, as well as representing the arbitrational unit at the CCMA, implementing training and development, and assisting with legislative compliance, and HR data analysis.
To be successful in this position, you must have a minimum Human Resources National Diploma or a related qualification, along with 3 - 5 years experience in HR in a unionised setting within agriculture, farming, FMCG or similar. You must also have comprehensive knowledge of and experience with IR and the CCMA. Excellent communication skills and fluency in Afrikaans are essential!
In addition, you must have your own vehicle and a valid drivers license.
