Overview(Area:) Jacobs, Durban(Salary:) Market Related(Ref: AG)Our client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced HR Specialist with strong ER/IR knowledge and practical experience from the automotive/manufacturing sectors.Must have Grade 12, a BDegree or BTech in Human Sciences, Human Resources Management or Industrial/Organizational Psychology / Labour Law / IR and at least +8 years' experience in a senior human resources role.A strong IR/ER background within manufacturing/automotive, ideally in a large corporate environment and the ability to work in a highly unionized environment is essential.
