Job Description

Hire Resolve, a prominent recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced HR Superintendent to join their team. As the HR Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources department.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives.
• Manage recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Oversee employee performance management and development programs.
• Manage employee benefits administration.
• Coordinate and conduct training and development programs.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as required.
• Stay updated with HR trends and best practices and recommend improvements to HR processes and procedures.
• Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of South African employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• HR certification (e.g., HRCI, SHRM) is a plus.
