HRBP - Maternity Leave Contract - Cape TownFull job descriptionWe are looking for an experienced, professional and innovative HRBP to join our Human Resources team, on a contract basis, at our Cape Union Mart Head Office.While the current HRBP is on maternity leave, this role will support the HR strategy by aligning it to the business strategy within the areas of responsibility and driving it with stakeholders. Furthermore, this role will support stakeholders to proactively develop and execute the People Goals that supports the growth, performance and future objectives of the business. This position, reporting to the Group HR Business Leader, is based at our Head Office in Cape Town and is an exciting and challenging opportunity that will require the successful candidate to partner with and empower stakeholders to achieve departmental and company objectives. Key Responsibilities include:Work in close partnership with HR and Leaders, in full support of the functional and operational HR plans for Head OfficeImplement action plans to achieve agreed HR and business objectives in line with Company principles and valuesActively support and contribute to the delivery of key objectives of the teamPartner with key business stakeholders through building and maintaining effective relationshipsImplement sound and fair HR practices in line with legislation as well as our Companys vision of being a #1 Employer.
