Job Description


HR Business Partner will be responsible for overseeing Industrial Relations (IR), ensuring effective dispute resolution and maintaining positive workplace dynamics.
They will manage payroll and renumeration, ensuring accurate and timely employee compensation, and uphold Compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
Additionally, they will be tasked with overseeing processes to optimize financial resources and managing the Human Resource information system (HRIS) to enhance operational efficiency.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a commitment to driving HR excellence and contributing to the organization's growth and culture.POSITION INFO:
Academic Qualifications and Background:

  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial or Organizational Psychology
  • A background in
Human Resources in a 5* Luxury Hotel / Lodge environment * 5 years word experience in
function in a hospitality environment * Previous Experience in Labour Relations
  • Payroll Experience SAGE 300 People
  • Valid Drivers' License
Job Technical Skills:
  • Strategic Planning
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proficient in SAGE People 300 payroll
  • Conversant with Hospitality and HR Technical Terminology
  • Conversant with Hospitality organizational structures and roles
  • Experience in preparing organization wide annual plans including budgets
  • Competent in correctly developing and ensuring policies, processes and standards are implemented and applied across the organization.

  • Ability to correctly communicate detailed information and instructions to others
