  • A sound knowledge of Human Resources rules, policies, procedures and systems

  • Good knowledge of committee functions and good secretarial skills
  • Good knowledge of the structures and functions of NMMU
  • Excellent knowledge of the ProSkillC system

  • The ability to coordinate functions concurrently, although different in nature
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing and other computerized packages

  • Flexibility in working hours will be required to meet demands of the role.
