Job Description

Hire Resolve is currently partnering with a renowned mining company in Mpumalanga to find a skilled HRD Superintendent to join their team. The HRD Superintendent will be responsible for the design, implementation, and coordination of training and development programs for the company's employees.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
• Coordinate and manage the training needs analysis process to identify and prioritize training needs.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the training programs align with business objectives and meet regulatory requirements.
• Manage the training budget and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Oversee the delivery of training programs, including scheduling, facilitation, and evaluation.
• Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
• Provide guidance and support to supervisors and managers in identifying and addressing skill gaps and performance issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office and learning management systems.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
