By harnessing technology and making strategic hiring choices, they have maintained their leadership and market position.With a current gap in their Johannesburg office, they are looking to appoint a HR/IR Manager to lead their respective division. Joining this well operating team, your core focus will be to provide strategic advice and guidance across all areas of HR areas. Key accountabilities such as liaising with external parties, managing employee records and payroll, ensuring that IR regulations are adhered to through out the company, compiling monthly management reports as well as developing and implementing HR policies and procedures will fall on to you. Additionally, you will represent the company at the CCMA and bargaining council, address employee queries, and drive skills development, employment equity, and union committee initiatives.To be considered for this position, you must reside in Gauteng and possess a relevant HR or IR qualification, along with at least 5 years of applicable experience. Proven experience with the CCMA and in a managerial role is also required. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills are essential for success in this role.
