A leading company based in Richards Bay is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their dynamic team and take charge of both administrative and transactional HR functions.Key Responsibilities: HR Administration:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, databases, and HR systems.
• Prepare and process HR documentation such as contracts, offer letters, and compliance paperwork.
• Oversee the full onboarding, induction, and offboarding cycle.

Transactional HR:

• Support payroll inputs, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
• Assist with performance management, including probation reviews and KPIs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interview coordination and communication with candidates.

Compliance & Labour Law:

• Ensure all HR practices are compliant with South African labour legislation and company policies.
• Advise line managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary action and grievances.
• Assist with preparations for inquiries, conciliations, arbitrations, and manage conciliations effectively.
• Compile and maintain documentation required for hearings and legal compliance audits.

Employee Relations:

• Act as a key point of contact for staff HR-related queries.
• Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives.

Reporting & Metrics:

• Generate reports and HR analytics to support management decisions.
• Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and compliance deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 xe2x80x93 8 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar HR management role.
• Strong understanding of South African payroll regulations and HR compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
