Our Client, in the Marine/Oil & Gas Industry is seeking a HSE Manager urgently for a 4 Month Contract periodRequirements:

• Relevant safety management qualification
• Working knowledge of OHSAS 18001 & ISO 90001 & 14001-2015
• Minimum of 5 years safety, health, and environment management experience - preferably in a ship repair/oil and gas environment where ISO practices are well entrenched
• Sound verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Valid drivers licence

POSITION INFO:
Roles and responsibilities:

• Ensure ISO- and project audit compliance
• Ensure that legal appointments, certification and compliance are maintained
• Conduct risk assessments & generate data books
• Monitor adherence to systems and procedures
• Provide support, evaluate risk performance and reliability, and recommend corrective and preventative actions.
• Responsible for day-to-day execution of all HSE-related matter
• Incident and accident investigations
• Manage and co-ordinate Inductions and toolbox talks
• Co-ordinate safety meetings & OHS responsibilities
• Liaise with all departments to achieve legislative and project compliance
