The HSE Systems-Co-ordinator will co-ordinate, monitor and maintain the HSE Management System which includes the distribution and maintenance of various documents. The HSE Systems Co-ordinator will assist in ensuring that the HSE Management System complies with the various ISO requirements, legislation and the PIW Integrated Business Management System Manual. The HSE Co-ordinator will provide assistance and support to the Optipower SHEQ Manager in the compiling of Monthly Consolidated Reports Job description Key Performance Indicators:
Maintaining of HSE Management System and Database
Data and Records Management
General office administration
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation, distribution and coding of Project Documentsl,
Maintain HSE On-line folders and Database
Document Control
Import data onto the on-line HSE Management System
Export data from the on-line HSE Management System for trend analysis
Co-ordinate with the Project HSE personnel in the collection and distribution of data and documents

Minimum requirements Qualification:
Grade 12
HSE qualification/certificate
Valid Drivers license
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in systems administration
HSE understanding
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, e-mail and software packages
Proven ability working with Excel Spreadsheets, Power Point Presentations, written reports and associated correspondence
Must be able to work independently as well as within a team
Experience with internal and external audits
