DUR002126 - HSSE MANAGER (OPERATIONAL) - LIMPOPOPurpose of the job:
To manage the HSSE Assurance and Compliance needs for the clients plant in a cohesive, efficient manner withing cost, quality, safety and as per prescribed legislation.Required Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Safety Management or related studies.
- Management Development Programme (MDP)(Advantageous)
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role in the mining industry.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant mine and health safety legislation.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO Standards implementation, Matrix, and requirements.
- Experience in best incident investigation techniques.
- Contract Management
- Quality Management
- Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Adherence
- Work well under pressure
- Excellent leadership capabilities
- Organized and timeline driven
- Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written
