You will work independently while engaging with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams across multiple business units who embrace novel thinking about HSSE. You will be exposed to a technology-driven environment in which contemporary ways of work are challenged in pursuit of zero harm and achieving greater efficiency in doing compliance work. Minimum Requirements

• A tertiary qualification in health and safety practice and/or management, engineering or equivalent is essential as well as certification in the following:
• *HIRA;
• *Incident investigation; and
• Certification in ISO 45001 (Lead Implementor and/or Lead Auditor) is advantageous
• Registered with the SACPCMP as CHSO or higher
• A minimum of 4 years HSSE experience is required
• Proven experience in a construction environment is preferable and will be an advantage
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word is required
• You must be confident with technology
• You must be comfortable and confident to lead, communicate and engage with people at all levels of the organisation
• Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills in English is required
• You must be analytical, detail-orientated, solutions-driven, creative and possess a flair for innovation
• You must be passionate about and committed to the ESG (i.e., Environment, Sustainability and Governance) discipline
• You must confidently demonstrate leadership capabilities and be very comfortable to present information to large groups to create alignment, buy-in and commitment
