A well-established IT Support company in PTA-East is seeking a highly skilled Huawei Certified Datacom Expert to join their team.This person must be a team player that fits into the company culture and be a hardworking individual.Job Summary:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex Datacom networks
- Develop and implement Datacom strategies and solutions
- Mentor and lead teams of Datacom professionals
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfactionKey Responsibilities:
- Design and implement complex Datacom networks, including routing, switching, and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Datacom issues
- Develop and implement Datacom strategies and solutions
- Lead and mentor teams of Datacom professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Datacom projects
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practicesRequirements:
- Huawei Certified Datacom Expert (HCDE) certification
- At least 5 years of experience in Datacom networking
- Strong knowledge of Datacom technologies, including routing, switching, and security
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
