Job Description
We are seeking a
Hub/Front desk representitivewho will be responsible for the smooth running of all front of house processes and monitoring the team.
Qualifications:
Matric Hospitality experience
Skills and Competencies:
Communication Customer engagement Accurately and efficiently work on a till
Personal Attributes:
High level of personal cleanliness; Sober habits; Able to manage time and work under pressure; Able to remain calm and in control in difficult situations; Able to adapt to changing role responsibilities when required; Understand ordering and stock take
Key considerations:
This is in the Montana area 7 Day operation (this will include some weekends work) Strong admin Customer focused Attention to detail Needs to speaks Afrikaans well. Knowledge of booking system will be an advantage. Prefer a person out of the Catering/hospitality industry Preferable someone with own transport
