SUMMARY:To provide efficient and effective administrative support for the implementation, management and monitoring of key projects in Human Capital and thus contribute towards the attainment of People Strategic Objectives and business goals.Partner with Human Capital Business Partners in executing the following Strategic Administration: Project...POSITION INFO:To provide efficient and effective administrative support for the implementation, management and monitoring of key projects in Human Capital and thus contribute towards the attainment of People Strategic Objectives and business goals.Partner with Human Capital Business Partners in executing the following Strategic Administration: Project Administrationxc3x82xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 2-5 years' work experience as Human Capital Administrator or related role within a Corporate environmentxc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 A National Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field is required.
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Human Resources Degree will be an advantagexc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Experience in Talent Acquisition administration
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Exposure to Recruitment and Selection processes
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Experience in verification checks will be an added advantage
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Exposure to engaging and managing service providers
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 High attention to detail and accuracy of working
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Experience and well versed in working with MS Office in particular word and excel
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Solid administration skills
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Understands the applicable legislative requirements that will inform such processes (e.g. BCEA, FIC Directive, LRA, BCEA, EEA etc.)
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Solid engagement and communication skills.
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Able to engage with various individuals in a collaborative manner
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Candidate must have an appreciation of the role of the organization and the need for good governance
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Well-versed with the employee life cycle
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Strong background in partnering with the diverse stakeholders

xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 General administration support to the HCBP team, queries and filing
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointxc3x82xc3x82xc3x82xc3x82xc3x82xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Planning and coordinating the Human capital project as it relates to the verification,
competence and sanctions screening of the FIC Directive 8
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Manage and engage the appointed service provider who will assist with screening requirements
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Develop and implement manual and electronic reporting to ensure tracking of requirements and record keeping
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Support with Talent Acquisition processes to ensure compliance with the regulatory and compliance requirements
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Undertake a review and checking of all appointments and identify areas of non-completion of documentation
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Collaborate with Human Capital Business Partners and Compliance teams to ensure smooth delivery of the adherence requirements
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Manage ad hoc requests
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Requesting and managing verification checks and sanction screening requirements
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Advise and record on any finding identified and keep a log of actions taken to address such.
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Preparation of Memos (promotions, appointments, FTCxc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2s, retirement requests, change of job
titles, salary adjustments etc.) as may be required
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Support broader Talent Acquisition administration requirements on a need's basisHCBP Reporting
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Reporitng on compliance to policy and procedure requirements as it relates to the Talent Acquisition process
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Provide summary reports on adherence and completion of the administration requirements of the FIC Directive per Division and unit
xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Ad hoc reporting
