  • Checking and Processing of Employee related information on AECI HC Employee Information and Payroll systems, within the prescribed timeframe, inclusive of leave, bank detail changes, new hires, resignations, deaths, retirements, etc.
  • Prepare, submit and store documents as required in terms of the scope of services across all countries i.e. terminations: Certificate of Service, U19
  • Verify input in line with checklist/s and in accordance with AECI HC policies and procedures. Distribute documentation to relevant parties; escalate any input non-compliance to business to correct
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HC and Payroll related items
  • Attend to requests for information, queries and changes in accordance with the relevant HC Policy and standard operating procedures within the SLA e.g. leave queries, confirmation of employment, processing of new hires etc
  • Resolve assigned queries/requests for information in accordance with HC policy and procedures.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of AECI HCGS processes and initiatives.
  • Maintain country/company specific info sheets
  • Actively participate in team information sharing sessions, training and activities
  • Provide an efficient administration service to employees, line managers and HC Business Partners, to ensure information / advice is accurate, precise and timeous
  • Support the delivery of HC Calendar events, as directed by HCGS Management
  • Provide support with ad hoc or unscheduled projects requiring support from HCGS
  • Liaise and support with HC system upgrades and testing
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum: Matric
  • Diploma or Higher Certificate in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years in Human Resource administration within a corporate environment
  • Understanding of and min 1 year working experience with Payroll Processing
  • Experience with HRIS is advantageous
  • International exposure is advantageous
  • HC Administration Experience
  • Working in a Shared Service environment is advantageous
