Job Summary The role will be responsible for the Compliance, Risk and Audit aspect of HC by managing transactional services and HR Information Systems, updating and monitoring of HC Policies and SOPs, and collaborating with other shared services personnel to improve customer satisfaction. He/she will be required to manage projects that support the development and improvement of HC admin and related services, and should be prepared to conduct statistical analyses and provide reports based on his/her findings. To apply, you are required to have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources (or related field), 5-8 years of experiencing in managing HC operations, systems and administration, a deep understanding of compliance, audit and risk and assurance on Human Capital and advanced knowledge of employment-related legislation.
