We're recruiting on behalf of a client for a dynamic Human Capital Shared Services Manager. This role involves managing essential HR functions, ensuring legislative compliance, and leading projects to improve operational efficiency. If you're skilled in HR systems, governance, and employee services, this could be your next career move.Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing transactional employee services, such as leave administration and employee records
  • Managing the Human Capital Information System to ensure accurate databases and compliance
  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners and other teams to enhance service delivery
  • Leading projects to develop and improve Human Capital administration
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, audit, and risk management
  • Providing reports, statistical analysis, and insights to senior management
Key skills and experience required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5 to 8 years of experience managing Human Capital operations and systems
  • Advanced knowledge of employment legislation and compliance
