We're recruiting on behalf of a client for a dynamic Human Capital Shared Services Manager. This role involves managing essential HR functions, ensuring legislative compliance, and leading projects to improve operational efficiency. - Overseeing transactional employee services, such as leave administration and employee records
- Managing the Human Capital Information System to ensure accurate databases and compliance
- Collaborating with HR Business Partners and other teams to enhance service delivery
- Leading projects to develop and improve Human Capital administration
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, audit, and risk management
- Providing reports, statistical analysis, and insights to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5 to 8 years of experience managing Human Capital operations and systems
- Advanced knowledge of employment legislation and compliance
