Human Resource and Payroll Administrator
Our client, a leading manufacturer is currently recruiting for a Human Resource and Payroll Administrator to join their dynamic team based in Springs, Gauteng. The successful candidate will come with at least 2 years experience as a Payroll Administrator and reside in the vicinity of Eastern Johannesburg, Gauteng.Minimum Requirements:
- Matric.
- Advantageous: relevant tertiary qualification.
- 2 years experience as a Payroll Administrator.
- Own transport and valid Drivers License.
- Knowledge of Pay Space and SAGE would be beneficial.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
- Personal assistant duties such as handling requests and queries given by the Head of HR appropriately.
- Checking reports.
- Basic payroll administration.
- Processing payment issues.
- Creating salary sheets and reports
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Tracking employee absence.
- Authenticating working hours and pay rates.
- Issuing confirmation of employment.
- Handling confidential information.
