Job Description


: Human Resource Business Partner (BPO)Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business plan
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide coaching to managers
  • Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Lead performance management processes including goal setting, feedback, and development planning
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on HR topics
  • BPO environment
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Experience:
  • Maximum of 3 years of relevant HR experience
