Job Description
: Human Resource Business Partner (BPO)Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business plan
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
- Handle employee relations issues and provide coaching to managers
- Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws
- Lead performance management processes including goal setting, feedback, and development planning
- Conduct training sessions for employees on HR topics
- BPO environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Maximum of 3 years of relevant HR experience
