Job Description


Purpose of the Role:Offer support through recruitment, performance management and HR administrationKey performance areas but not limited to:

  • Recruit pro-actively for the operations division as well as head office.
  • Managing day-to-day HR administration
  • Manage the performance management process
  • Any other duties if and when reasonably required
Experience and Competencies:
  • Minimum Diploma / HR Degree
  • Strong HR background
  • Minimum of 2 years post experience
  • High level of communication verbal and written
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skill
  • MS Office
  • MS Excel
  • MS Word
  • Valid SA Drivers license
  • Own vehicle non negotiable
  • Must be able to travel
