Assist with the recruitment process from the initial stage until the filling of the vacant position.
Provide support in the development of Work Skills Plans.
Assists with managing the administration of Employee Benefits.
Provide support in the administration of Bursary in the Agency.
Provide support to Employee Specialists to facilitate the implementation of Grievance and disciplinary procedures.
Coordinate Human Resource reports.

Minimum Formal Qualifications:
Matric or equivalent
Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Human resources management/ Industrial psychology/ Labour relations/ Organisational psychology
