Job Description

Gorgeous Wildlife Reserve is looking to recruit a Human Resource Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate must have a leaning to Industrial Relations / Payroll and Compliance.This Position is a live in position - Monday to FridayDuties and Responsibilities include but no limited:

• Oversight and management of the full Industrial Relations process including disciplinary processes and procedures
• Negotiation and working with Trade Union Associated with Hospitality
• Payroll - full process from Time Sheets, to inputting data, overtime and payslips
• Oversight of all Human Resources Compliances - ensure all policies and procedures are in place and that staff and management are aware of all compliance requirements
• Strategy - full understanding of human resources strategies for this division of the Human Resources department
• Training and development of middle and senior management with regards to all IR/ Compliance and Payroll
• General administration required as associated with the IR / Compliance and Payroll structures
• Any other ad hoc duties as required by senior management

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

• BCom degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
• Fully computer literate including SAGE 300 People / MS Office with Intermediate Excel
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Valid Driver's License
