Beautifully located Private Wildlife Reserve is looking to recruit a dynamic, people orientated Human Resource Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate must be people driven, passionate about learning and development and succession planning.LIVE IN MONDAY TO FRIDAYDuties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Responsible for all Talent Management
• Responsible for implementation and planning of all Learning and Development, structures and programs
• Succession planning for staff, middle and senior management
• Recruitment and selection for the entire property
• Performance Management of all staff
• General Administration associated with the above division within the Human Resource Department

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

• BCom degree in Human Resources
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Fully computer literate - MS Office Suite - Intermediate
• 3-5 years' experience within a similar role
• Valid driver's license
• HR experience within

• Association and understanding of Learning and Development structures - SETA and other's
