- Oversee full-cycle recruitment.
- Handle employee onboarding/offboarding.
- Prepare appointments, promotion letters, and manage HR admin tasks.
- Lead employee wellness initiatives.
- Facilitate induction and policy workshops.
- Manage and educate on employee benefits.
- Administer performance management, training, and education.
- Contribute to policy development and documentation.
- Compile and submit Employment Equity Plans and reports.
- Maintain and update the People ESS leave module.
- Prepare and report HR statistics monthly and quarterly.
- Assist employees with IR and HR-related queries.
- Manage HR projects and research as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and audits.
- Conduct regular policy and procedure training.
- Coordinate CSI initiatives for Shared Services.
Completed Bcom Honors in Accounting and related field.
