Make up files for new employees
Do filing as required
Archive files as required
Jarrison System * Provide support to all branches with regards to Jarrison software queries
Check any discrepancies in clock-ins or leave
Back up to MTD Timekeeping Administrator
Liaise with Jarrison in regards to any software changes required
Recruitment/Terminations * Place advertisements internally and on online portals for all divisions, short listing of CVs, setting up of interviews, conducting interviews with Line Management, setting up polygraphs, doing credit and reference checks
Liaising with recruitment agents
Liaising with candidates when recruitment is done internally
Draw up appointment letters/contracts and termination letters
Prepare incentive sheet for new employees
Complete entry and exit interviews and check lists
Assist new employees with Induction documents
Training * Keep record of all training for SETA and BEE reporting purposes
Book training as requested by Management
Prepare and compile annual submission to the WR SETA
s * Assist HR Consultant to draw up and maintain job descriptions for the GroupDiscipline * Issue notices of hearings
