About the job Human Resources Administrator (Mobeni, KZN)KEY RESPONSIBILESPersonal Files * Maintain all personal files for company

  • Make up files for new employees
  • Do filing as required
  • Archive files as required
Jarrison System * Provide support to all branches with regards to Jarrison software queries
  • Check any discrepancies in clock-ins or leave
  • Back up to MTD Timekeeping Administrator
  • Liaise with Jarrison in regards to any software changes required
Recruitment/Terminations * Place advertisements internally and on online portals for all divisions, short listing of CVs, setting up of interviews, conducting interviews with Line Management, setting up polygraphs, doing credit and reference checks
  • Liaising with recruitment agents
  • Liaising with candidates when recruitment is done internally
  • Draw up appointment letters/contracts and termination letters
  • Prepare incentive sheet for new employees
  • Complete entry and exit interviews and check lists
  • Assist new employees with Induction documents
Training * Keep record of all training for SETA and BEE reporting purposes
  • Book training as requested by Management
  • Prepare and compile annual submission to the WR SETA
s * Assist HR Consultant to draw up and maintain job descriptions for the GroupDiscipline * Issue notices of hearings
  • Conduct informal disciplinary/counselling/performance hearings
  • Issue counselling letters, verbal and written warnings
Payroll / Incentives * Monthly preparation of Incentive schedules for the Group
  • Preparation and distribution of individual Incentive sheets for the Group on a quarterly basis or as instructed by management
  • Check monthly Incentive / payroll Input (Leave, late clock in, overtime, staff deductions and incentive penalties) from all branches
  • Maintain records on the VIP Personnel Management module
  • Maintain records on the VIP Skills modules
  • Back up for Payroll Administrator
Temporary Employment Solution Providers * Weekly and monthly reconciliation of TES invoices for all branches
  • Maintain records of TES employees
  • Liaise with TES providers on any invoice and staff queries
General HR Administration * Maintain records of gift declarations
  • Prepare year end leave roster for company
  • Monthly telephone audit
  • Maintain Health & Safety and Licences file
  • Issue uniform letters for employees/Maintain uniform file
  • Assist with annual BBBEE preparation
  • Assist with annual EE reporting requirements
  • Manage IOD and WCA reporting requirements
  • Assisting employees with HR related queries when needed
  • Assists with any request made by Management
REQUIREMENTS * Batchelors degree in Human Resources
  • 3 to 5 years experience
  • Payroll software experience (SAGE 300 Payroll will be an added advantage)
  • Experience with Employee Self Service (ESS) system
  • Experience with time and attendance software (Jarrison will be an added advantage)
  • Have a strong foundation in recruitment, interviews & HR Administration (functions listed in responsibilities above)
RUMUNERATIONR15,000 To R18,000 (Negotiable depending on qualification and experience)
