This role enhances employee engagement, improves performance, and fosters a positive organizational culture, ultimately contributing to the overall competitiveness and sustainability of the business.xc3x82What youxc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2ll do:

• Implementation of HR policies and strategies, aligned with business strategies and compliance
• Training and skills development activities of employees and reporting thereof
• Execution of all aspects of HR operations and administration
• Responsible for effective execution of recruitment and selection activities
• Maintain effective people practices and employee relations between the company and employees
• Effective resource management in the HR environment
• End-to end HR service visibility with excellent service levels

Your expertise:

• At least 4 yearsxc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2 experience as a Human Resources Practitioner
• Professional registration with SABPP or similar body will be advantageous
• Proficiency in SAGE 300 People.
• Sound knowledge of LRA, BCEA, EEA and all HR related legislation
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Report writing and presentation skills
• Advanced computer literacy
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills
• Valid driverxc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2s licence.
• South African citizen.

Qualifications required:

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (NQF level 7)
