This role enhances employee engagement, improves performance, and fosters a positive organizational culture, ultimately contributing to the overall competitiveness and sustainability of the business. xc3x82 What youll do: Implementation of HR policies and strategies, aligned with business strategies and compliance Training and skills development activities of employees and reporting thereof Execution of all aspects of HR operations and administration Responsible for effective execution of recruitment and selection activities Maintain effective people practices and employee relations between the company and employees Effective resource management in the HR environment End-to end HR service visibility with excellent service levels Your expertise: At least 4 years experience as a Human Resources Practitioner Professional registration with SABPP or similar body will be advantageous Proficiency in SAGE 300 People. Sound knowledge of LRA, BCEA, EEA and all HR related legislation Excellent written and communication skills Good interpersonal and negotiation skills Report writing and presentation skills Advanced computer literacy Excellent organisational and coordination skills Valid drivers licence. South African citizen.
