MissionAs HR Manager you're responsible for contributing to and implementing HR strategic work, including strategy, tactical development and operational planning to secure business needsYou are part of regional management teams, supporting General Manager in making the right People Management and organizational decisions.Together with the Regional HR team you're also collaborating and working with the extended HR network in the regional CoE to deliver a great employee and manager experience.Main Responsibilities or Functions of the JobYou will have a wide range of different strategic and tactical HR tasks including:Guided by the regional HR strategy and plan, give input to vision, mission, strategy and structure within the dedicated business areaResponsible for implementing and using the leadership modelDrive and participate in continuous improvement projects within HRSupport General Manager and Management Team with leadership and leadership team developmentHR responsible for Salary Review process, Talent and Leadership Review process and Performance Management processProvide senior support in labor law issuesOrganize leadership workshops and coach leaders on various topicsEnsure compliance with applicable internal policies, law and regulationsThrough HR metrics, continuously assess the effectiveness of all human resources initiatives relative to the achievement of desired goals and outcomes and the overall strategic business planRequirements5 years of experience from broad HR roles, preferably from similar industryUniversity degree within the HR fieldPrevious experience and knowledge of labor lawCurious mind-set with a will to drive continuous improvementsPositive attitude, seeking for opportunitiesPrevious experience of coachingGreat interpersonal skills with the aptitude to quickly build rapport with internal stakeholdersMS Office experienceBusiness acumen, deep understanding of the businessCoaching abilities and enjoy to develop othersCan demonstrate courage and integrityResult-orientedEpiroc way Live Mission, vision and valuesContinuous improvement mindset.Experience of HR transformation initiatives including digitalizationExperience of working with SAP Successfactors or other cloud-based HR systems is highly desirableClosing Date: 28 June 2024Epiroc is a global productivity partner for mining and construction customers, and accelerates the transformation toward a sustainable society.
