REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum Degree in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 2 - 4 yearsxe2x80x99 generalist experience
  • Proven experience in a consulting environment (essential)
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Payroll management (advantageous)
  • Computer literate
  • An understanding of Labour / Industrial Relations, BCEA and application
  • Knowledgeable and skilled on key HR processes
