- Policies and Procedures
- Human Resources initiatives
- Employee Engagement
- Relationship building and management
- Employee relations
- Payroll Management
- Minimum Degree in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 2 - 4 yearsxe2x80x99 generalist experience
- Proven experience in a consulting environment (essential)
- Excellent administrative skills
- Payroll management (advantageous)
- Computer literate
- An understanding of Labour / Industrial Relations, BCEA and application
- Knowledgeable and skilled on key HR processes
