- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives.
- Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Handle employee queries and provide assistance with HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee data in HR systems.
- Grade 12/Matric certificate; an HR qualification is an advantage.
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
